New Home Star is the leading privately owned seller of new homes in the United States, and we are looking for a Residential Sales Customer Liaison to enhance our nationwide team. In this pivotal role, you will contribute to the realization of the American Dream by fostering and nurturing strong customer relationships throughout their home-building journey after contract signing.

- Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and effective time management abilities.
- Availability to work on weekends is required.
- Willingness to obtain a Florida Real Estate License is mandatory.
- Preferred experience in sales, real estate, or construction/permitting.
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred.
- Background checks will be conducted.
- Organize and schedule all customer meetings and appointments within the community after contract signing, including Plan Review, Pre-Drywall Walkthrough, Welcome Home Celebration, and Day of Closing Review.
- Collaborate with lenders, Realtors, and customers to ensure timely receipt of commitment memos and appropriate documentation.
- Address daily inquiries from customers post-contract.
- Assist New Home Star and Project Managers in maintaining a clean and presentable community for visitors and customers.
- Provide regular updates to customers regarding construction progress and timelines for closing dates and walkthroughs.
- Facilitate Plan Review meetings with Project Managers and customers, setting clear expectations for the building process.
