Office Administrative Coordinator

We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to support our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform various administrative tasks to assist office personnel
- Manage invoice processing
- Oversee job creation and maintenance
- Conduct cost analysis
- Handle time entry collection and processing
- Collaborate with sales and accounting departments
- Execute other job-related tasks as assigned by management
Education & Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer and software proficiency
- Ability to operate a multi-line phone system effectively
- Demonstrated initiative and a positive demeanor
- Dependable and reliable
- Pass a drug screening
- Undergo a background check
Preferred Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong multitasking abilities
- Excellent customer service skills

Position Type and Work Schedule:
- This is a full-time role within an office setting; standard work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- While performing the duties of this position, the employee may frequently need to sit, communicate verbally, and utilize hands for various tasks. Occasional physical activities may include balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, walking, and lifting or moving objects up to 20 pounds. Adequate hand-eye coordination is essential for operating computers and office equipment. Specific vision requirements include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
