We are currently in search of a Administrative Assistant to enhance our operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform various administrative tasks to assist office personnel
- Manage invoice processing
- Facilitate job creation and maintenance
- Conduct cost analysis
- Collect and manage time entries
- Collaborate with sales and accounting teams
- Execute additional duties as assigned by management
Education and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in basic computer and software applications
- Capable of managing a multi-line phone system
- Demonstrated initiative and a positive demeanor
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Must pass a drug screening
- Willingness to undergo a background check
Preferred Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Adept at multitasking
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Team-oriented mindset
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Self-driven and motivated
Position Type and Work Schedule:
- This is a full-time role within an office setting; standard working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- While performing job responsibilities, the employee may frequently sit, talk, or listen, and use hands to operate various office equipment. Occasionally, the employee may need to balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, and lift or move objects weighing up to 20 pounds. Hand-eye coordination is essential for operating computers and office machinery. Specific vision requirements include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
