Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate daily office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Process customer orders and arrange shipments for incoming and outgoing orders.

  • Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports, providing insights and recommendations for business growth.

  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and obligations, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Support the sales and production team as required, providing administrative assistance and ensuring seamless workflow.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in accounting software and bookkeeping duties, with a proven understanding of accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and QuickBooks Online, with experience using ERP systems.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, and work well within a team environment.
  • Proven experience as an office administrator, bookkeeper, or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
Education and Experience

Minimum GED Diploma, with a diploma or degree in accounting or business-related studies being an asset.
