We are currently in search of a meticulous Accounts Receivable Specialist for part-time, project-based roles. In this position, you will be tasked with overseeing and optimizing our billing procedures, ensuring both precision and efficiency.

Position Overview

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, your responsibilities will encompass managing the complete billing cycle. This includes generating invoices, processing payments, and ensuring that all financial transactions are recorded accurately. You will work closely with our finance and operations teams to uphold financial integrity and support our overarching business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and distribute invoices to clients.
  • Process incoming payments and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue invoices.
  • Address billing discrepancies and resolve any related issues.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all billing activities.
  • Collaborate with finance and operations teams to enhance billing workflows.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service when addressing billing inquiries.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist or in a comparable role.
  • Strong grasp of billing practices and procedures.
  • Proficiency in billing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline is preferred.
