This position is pivotal in overseeing a portfolio of accounts receivable. The successful candidate will possess exceptional communication abilities, demonstrating comfort in engaging with clients through various channels such as phone, live chat, and email, while effectively managing intricate and sensitive financial matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a portfolio of receivables.
  • Engage with clients via phone and written correspondence to discuss their account statuses.
  • Handle a high volume of calls throughout the workday.
  • Employ company tools and strategies to minimize overdue accounts.
  • Efficiently navigate multiple browsers, internet applications, and proprietary systems.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and third-party contacts.
  • Address accounts and various scenarios promptly and professionally.
  • Utilize Math, Accounting, and Financial Analysis skills.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in collections and/or accounts receivable.
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to manage high call volumes effectively.
  • Proficient in collections software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Excellent computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical capabilities.
  • Ability to multitask and adjust priorities as needed.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with financial services or real estate is advantageous but not mandatory.

Core Working Hours:

9 am – 6 pm (CST), Monday – Friday, with no weekend obligations.

Additional Information:

This role is primarily remote with a hybrid work model. In-office attendance is required twice a month. Initial training will take place on-site for approximately two weeks. A reliable internet connection is essential for a full workday of internet use, including data entry, phone calls, and video conferencing. The selected candidate must also have a home office setup that minimizes distractions and ensures confidentiality of work products.
