Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a designated portfolio of receivables.
  • Engage with clients through phone calls and written correspondence regarding their account statuses.
  • Handle a high volume of calls throughout the workday.
  • Employ company tools and methodologies to minimize overdue accounts.
  • Navigate seamlessly between multiple web browsers, internet platforms, and proprietary systems.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and third-party contacts.
  • Address accounts and various scenarios promptly and professionally.
  • Utilize mathematical, accounting, and financial analysis skills effectively.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in collections and/or accounts receivable.
  • Experience in customer service roles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
  • Ability to manage high call volumes efficiently.
  • Proficiency in collections software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Excellent computer skills with a willingness to learn new software.
  • Detail-oriented with robust analytical skills.
  • Capability to multitask and adjust priorities as needed.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • Must be located in a region that allows for commuting to the office as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with financial services or real estate is advantageous but not essential.

Core Working Hours:

9 am – 6 pm (CST), Monday – Friday, with no weekend obligations.

Additional Information:

This role is primarily remote, with hybrid requirements. Initial training will occur on-site for approximately two weeks. A reliable internet connection is essential for daily tasks, including data entry, phone communication, and video conferencing. The selected candidate must also have a distraction-free home office environment to ensure confidentiality of work products.
