About Us:


We are seeking a proactive and meticulous Financial Operations Specialist to enhance our team. This position is ideal for individuals who excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and possess a strong affinity for financial analysis and resolution.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing leases, fostering tenant relationships, processing payments, and utilizing Yardi software. Your expertise will be vital in sustaining our financial stability and advancing our business objectives.


This role is temporary to hire, and during the temporary phase, you will receive full benefits, including 401K. The primary reason for this temporary position is the current high volume of work requiring immediate assistance.

The ideal candidate will have experience in communicating with tenants to facilitate payments, including applying checks to their accounts and managing ACH transactions. Familiarity with lease reviews is also essential. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar capacity within the real estate sector. While commercial real estate experience and proficiency in Yardi are preferred, they are not mandatory. A Bachelor's Degree is also preferred but not required.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Financial Operations Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing all facets of accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and reporting.
  • Managing lease administration, ensuring all lease agreements are current and accurate.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Processing checks and managing ACH transactions, ensuring all payments are executed accurately and efficiently.
  • Utilizing Yardi software to optimize accounts receivable processes, enhance accuracy, and generate insightful reports.
  • Collaborating with finance team members to devise and implement effective financial strategies.
  • Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Identifying opportunities for process enhancement and implementing innovative solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts receivable, preferably within the Mortgage sector.
  • Demonstrated experience in lease administration, tenant relations, payment processing, ACH transactions, and Yardi software.
  • A solid understanding of accounts receivable principles and practices.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Outstanding problem-solving abilities, with a talent for identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
  • The capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
