Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team at PROSPERA. This individual will be responsible for managing all aspects of Accounts Receivable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payments and invoices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review, balance, and post all direct billing and credit card charges.
  • Process payments received from clients and guests.
  • Prepare and send out invoices to clients and airlines.
  • Filing of all Receivable-related bills and reports.
  • Research and resolve credit card chargeback inquiries.
  • Monitor and manage aging accounts, house accounts, and group master balances.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests.
  • Collaborate with Sales & Catering and Front Desk teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Collect and authorize payments by checks and credit cards from groups.
  • Participate in monthly credit meetings and prepare minutes.
  • Perform general cashier duties and assist with other accounting tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Two years or more of experience in hotel front desk or accounting, preferably with a Hilton property.
