Customer Success Expert

Are you passionate about sustainability and customer success? Do you have experience working with large companies and developing strong relationships with executives?
If so, we'd love to hear from you As a CUSTOMER SUCCESS EXPERT, you will be responsible for helping our customers understand and use our product to achieve business outcomes.
You'll work closely with our sales, product, and services leadership teams to deliver on customer needs and develop new business opportunities. The role may include up to 10%+ travel and requires a strong understanding of the climate and sustainability space.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including equity, health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), unlimited paid time off, paid parental leave, fertility, and mental health programs. The anticipated on-target earnings range is $166,500-$200,000 USD, inclusive of base salary + variable commission.
