Enterprise Customer Success Manager Lead

Aescape Inc, a trailblazing tech company, is seeking an experienced Enterprise Customer Success Manager to lead partner management for our NYC and Northeast book of business. This role offers a unique opportunity to own the relationship with leading companies in the wellness, hospitality, luxury gym, and athletic industries.
We are a period of rapid growth, launching our category-transforming product throughout 2024 with global leaders in hospitality, wellness, sports, and fitness. Our team is comprised of top talent from industry giants like Amazon, Apple, Peloton, Tonal, Uber, and more.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our sales and product teams to launch and scale our product across the northeast. Key responsibilities include developing strong relationships with current partners, serving as a product expert, and collaborating with our product Launch Team to ensure a seamless launch of our partner's business.
We offer a competitive salary of $100,000 plus commissions and an equity plan. Benefits include medical, vision, and dental insurance, 401k with a 4% company match, unlimited vacation, generous parental leave, and free massages in SF, NY HQ, and partner locations.
