About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transformational Change Management Leader to join our Amazon Shipping team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the Change Management function and driving transformation across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy to ensure seamless integration of changes across the organization.
  • Lead and oversee the end-to-end change management process for all product and program changes, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy and objectives.
  • Drive program objectives by operationalizing launch plans, ensuring stakeholders are aligned to program details and business requirements, managing implementation activities across large groups of stakeholders, and developing and executing launch plans for new products and processes.
  • Scale services, tools, and processes to enable business growth in volume, complexity, and geographic dispersion while maintaining a high bar for the customer experience.
  • Collaborate and build relationships with cross-functional teams to identify the impact of new fleet initiatives and successfully integrate and deploy them, ensuring seamless execution and process excellence.
  • Develop clear and thorough program/process launch announcements for impacted internal and external stakeholders, including program announcements, FAQs, and program resource guides.
  • Relentlessly advocate for Shippers and strive to simplify and improve their experience and that of their drivers.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience.
  • 7+ years of program or project management experience.
  • 7+ years of managing, analyzing, and communicating results to senior leadership experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience delivering projects within scope, time, budget, and quality.
  • Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.
