Role Description

Sia Partners is seeking Management Consultants with a strong emphasis on Change Management. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing and executing critical change initiatives for our clients. Ideal candidates will demonstrate exceptional client service skills, a desire to lead, and a commitment to the growth of our firm.

Our team members excel in creating outstanding client experiences through energy, intelligence, and effective problem-solving. We drive growth for leading clients throughout their business lifecycle, from initial planning to deployment and optimization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients in achieving sustainable performance improvements within their organizations
  • Develop a tailored change management strategy based on project requirements and execute change management activities for each project phase
  • Conduct impact assessments, evaluate change readiness, and identify key stakeholders
  • Provide regular updates on progress, dependencies, issues, risks, and overall program health
  • Anticipate organizational changes associated with large-scale implementations and the necessary change management and communication strategies
  • Ensure key change initiatives meet business, schedule, and budget objectives
  • Establish relevant metrics to help clients measure progress and reinforce desired behaviors
  • Coordinate with other initiatives to ensure a unified understanding of timelines and overlaps
  • Create executive-level presentations
  • Develop training content using various modalities based on best practices in customer experience
  • Utilize project management methodologies in diverse roles
  • Identify opportunities to enhance client value
  • Contribute to internal functions such as business development, talent development, recruitment, and marketing
  • Engage in activities that support our organizational culture
  • Collaborate with internal and client project teams, contributing to internal communications and readiness activities
  • Maintain project sites as a repository for all relevant information
  • Contribute to the creation of high-quality, timely deliverables
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience leading significant change management projects with successful outcomes in complex environments
  • Consulting experience is essential
  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
  • Strong coaching and influencing abilities; capacity to inspire others towards a common vision
  • Ability to build trust and value-based relationships with employees at all organizational levels
  • Solid facilitation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management frameworks
  • Prosci or other change management certifications are preferred
  • Driven by an entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable with ambiguity
  • Confident, self-aware team player open to giving and receiving constructive feedback
  • Ability to facilitate project teams with a strong understanding of group dynamics while achieving results
  • Exceptional communication skills and a strong work ethic
  • Competent in group facilitation
