Job Title: Technical Program Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to lead our engineering teams in delivering innovative digital solutions. The successful candidate will provide strategic direction and oversight to our engineering teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Provide strategic direction and oversight to engineering teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Project Planning: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, including senior management and cross-functional teams.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, UX design, and stakeholders, to ensure that products align with program objectives and goals.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate plans, benefits, and results to a variety of audiences, from individual team members to leadership teams.
  • Risk Management: Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path, proactively managing changes in project scope, identifying issues, and devising contingency plans.
  • Technical Expertise: Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from underlying true needs.

Requirements:

  • Overall 12 years of experience with demonstrated technical program management experience and at least 5 years of front-end UI development experience.
  • Must have front-end UI development experience using React, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to roll up sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on capacity.
  • Must have a successful track record of managing engineering programs.
  • Proven track record of managing engineering pods using agile principles.
  • Must have the interpersonal skills necessary to lead and coordinate with others to accomplish goals.
  • Experience in using media queries to support multiple form factors.
  • Experience in responsive layout design and UI development.
  • Understanding of accessibility requirements and implementation.
  • Understanding of object-oriented programming languages.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
