- Assist clients in attaining sustainable performance and improvements within their organizations.
- Develop a tailored change management strategy based on project requirements and execute change management activities for each project phase.
- Conduct impact assessments, evaluate change readiness, and identify essential stakeholders.
- Provide comprehensive status updates on progress, dependencies, issues, risks, and overall program health.
- Anticipate organizational shifts associated with large-scale implementations and the necessary change management and communication strategies.
- Ensure that key change initiatives meet business, timeline, and budget objectives.
- Establish relevant metrics and measures to help clients track progress, reinforce behaviors, and enhance implementation outcomes.
- Collaborate with other initiatives to ensure a unified understanding of timelines and overlaps.
- Create executive-level presentations.
- Develop readiness and training materials utilizing various modalities based on best practices in customer experience.
- Apply Project Management methodologies in diverse roles.
- Identify opportunities to deliver or create additional value for clients.
- Contribute to internal functions such as business development, talent development, recruitment, marketing, and more.
- Engage in activities that support our organizational culture.
- Work collaboratively with internal and client project teams, contributing to internal communications and readiness activities within the program team and client groups.
- Maintain program documentation as a repository for all project-related information.
- Contribute to the creation of high-quality and timely deliverables.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience leading significant change management projects with successful outcomes in complex organizations.
- Prior consulting experience is essential.
- A Bachelor's degree is required.
- Familiarity with change management principles and methodologies is necessary.
- Strong coaching and influencing abilities; capacity to guide others towards a shared vision or goal.
- Ability to quickly establish trust and value-based relationships with individuals at all organizational levels.
- Solid experience in facilitation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Project Management frameworks.
- Prosci or other Change Management certifications are preferred.
- Driven by an entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
- Confident, self-aware team player open to giving and receiving constructive feedback.
- Capable of facilitating project teams, guided by a strong understanding of group dynamics while achieving results.
- Demonstrates exceptional communication skills and a strong work ethic.
- Competent in group facilitation.
