Role Description

Sia Partners is seeking Management Consultants with a strong emphasis on Change Management. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing and executing critical change initiatives for our clients. Candidates should demonstrate exceptional client delivery capabilities, a desire to lead, and a passion for the growth of our firm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients in achieving sustainable performance improvements within their organizations.
  • Develop a tailored change management roadmap aligned with project needs and implement change management activities throughout each project phase.
  • Conduct impact analyses, evaluate change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
  • Provide comprehensive status reports on progress, dependencies, issues, risks, and overall program health.
  • Anticipate organizational changes associated with large-scale implementations and identify necessary change management and communication interventions.
  • Ensure that key change initiatives meet business, schedule, and budget objectives.
  • Establish appropriate metrics to help clients measure progress, reinforce desired behaviors, and enhance implementation results.
  • Coordinate with other initiatives to ensure a shared understanding of timelines and overlaps.
  • Create executive-level presentations.
  • Develop readiness and training content utilizing various modalities based on best practices in customer experience.
  • Employ project management frameworks and methodologies in diverse roles.
  • Identify opportunities to deliver or create additional value for clients.
  • Contribute to internal functions such as business development, talent development, recruitment, and marketing.
  • Engage in activities that support our company culture.
  • Collaborate with internal and client project teams, contributing to internal communications and readiness activities.
  • Maintain program sites as repositories for all project-related information.
  • Assist in the development of high-quality and timely deliverables.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience leading significant change management projects with successful outcomes in complex organizations.
  • Consulting experience is essential.
  • A Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Familiarity with change management principles and methodologies.
  • Strong coaching and influencing abilities; capacity to guide others toward a shared vision or goal.
  • Ability to quickly establish trust and value-based relationships with employees at all organizational levels.
  • Solid facilitation experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management frameworks.
  • Prosci or other change management certifications are preferred.
  • Motivated by an entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
  • Confident, self-aware team player open to giving and receiving constructive feedback.
  • Ability to facilitate project teams, informed by a strong understanding of group dynamics while driving results.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a strong work ethic.
  • Competent in group facilitation.
