The Second City Training Centre, which encompasses the Second City Film School, stands as the largest improvisation school globally, with locations in major cities.

Role Overview

As a Senior Client Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales of our diverse portfolio of products and professional services. Your primary responsibility will be to expand our client base and foster growth within existing accounts.

To excel in this position, you should possess a proven track record in acquiring new clients and enhancing relationships with current clients. A key focus will be on educating potential customers about the unique value that Second City Works brings and swiftly identifying how our offerings align with their needs.

You will engage directly with clients to assess their requirements and propose tailored solutions based on your comprehensive product knowledge. Your role will be instrumental during the prospecting and qualification stages, where you will uncover opportunities, articulate innovative ideas, and collaborate effectively both internally and with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage Fortune 1000 clients, exploring opportunities for strategic long-term partnerships.
  • Educate prospects about our capabilities and how we can enhance employee and customer engagement.
  • Manage all phases of the sales lifecycle, including new prospects, reactivations, and growth within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with Client Services and Creative Talent to customize client programs, ensuring we deliver on our commitments.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of successful sales experience, with a significant portion of annual quota derived from new business.
  • Experience selling to Fortune 1000 leaders, adept at navigating multiple stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with complex enterprise-level sales strategies and account growth.
  • Proven success in the talent/HR/learning sector as a trusted advisor to senior leaders.
  • Ability to self-manage schedules, targets, and timelines effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrated sales success driven by curiosity, resilience, and likability.
