Position Summary

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Client Relations Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will ensure that all projects align with strategic objectives, are delivered punctually, and adhere to budget constraints. This role involves close collaboration with clients, as well as Motion's account management, creative, and digital teams, playing a crucial part in project oversight, cost estimation, scheduling, and financial management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of assigned accounts, guaranteeing that all projects are executed seamlessly, on schedule, and within financial limits.
  • Maintain communication with supervisors regarding the status of deliverables, creative reviews, potential issues, project briefs, and financial estimates.
  • Develop and manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of critical milestones and deadlines.
  • Exhibit a sense of urgency and meticulousness in addressing all client-related activities.
  • Gain comprehensive knowledge of clients (including products, market categories, distribution channels, and competitive landscapes) and foster strong relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with creative and production teams to ensure all projects align with the client's strategic goals and brand standards.
  • Review all deliverables prior to client submission, including initiating projects, updating status reports, proofreading, and confirming that all client requirements have been met.
  • Participate in and contribute to weekly team status meetings.
  • Assist in project estimation and monitor budgets accordingly.
  • Demonstrate resourcefulness, sound judgment, and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Engage in new business initiatives when opportunities arise and support the strategic growth of existing clients.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of experience in account management within an advertising agency.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related discipline.
  • Exceptional project management abilities and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
  • Capable of multitasking and performing well under pressure.
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable working independently when necessary.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana is preferred.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms like HubSpot or ActiveCampaign is advantageous.
