As a Client Relations Specialist, you can expect to:
- Engage in thoughtful analysis and decision-making.
- Manage, organize, and process tasks efficiently, allowing advisors to focus on critical matters.
- Stay informed about client meetings and ongoing projects, ensuring alignment with advisors' priorities.
- Coordinate and manage the advisor's calendar, optimizing their time and commitments.
Qualifications for this role include:
- Bachelor's degree
- A minimum of two years of experience in the financial services industry
- At least two years in a client-facing position
- Preferred: at least one FINRA license
- Exceptional communication and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
- Technologically adept
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail
- Quick learner with a demonstrated track record of stability and growth
