As a Client Relations Specialist, you can expect to:

  • Engage in thoughtful analysis and decision-making.
  • Manage, organize, and process tasks efficiently, allowing advisors to focus on critical matters.
  • Stay informed about client meetings and ongoing projects, ensuring alignment with advisors' priorities.
  • Coordinate and manage the advisor's calendar, optimizing their time and commitments.

Qualifications for this role include:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • A minimum of two years of experience in the financial services industry
  • At least two years in a client-facing position
  • Preferred: at least one FINRA license
  • Exceptional communication and relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
  • Technologically adept
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail
  • Quick learner with a demonstrated track record of stability and growth
