Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in all sales-related activities for assigned Client Partners.
  • Manage projects, including tracking print insertions, high-impact digital campaigns, newsletters, and custom media initiatives.
  • Engage in direct communication with clients and internal teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Provide outstanding client support and service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create strategic, proactive solutions and pricing concepts.
  • Prepare and coordinate client media proposals for presentations.
  • Conduct research for meetings and special projects as required.
  • Ensure the sales team has the necessary materials and information for sales calls and RFP responses.
  • Monitor publications for proactive outreach opportunities for assigned clients.
  • Identify additional revenue opportunities from new lines of business and clients.
  • Deliver insights post-campaign and assist with renewal discussions.
  • Manage invoice orders and ensure internal teams are well-informed to deliver media solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Planning team to oversee campaign materials post-sale and ensure effective delivery.
  • Work with Planning on campaign optimizations to prevent under-delivery.
  • Ensure all presentation decks are accurately completed in collaboration with the planning team.
  • Analyze competition to identify market share and growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • 0-1 years of experience in advertising sales support is required.
  • Experience or understanding of Financial Services is a plus.
  • Demonstrated high standards of client service and support.
  • Strong writing and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Organized and focused on priorities that advance the sales process.
  • Creative thinker capable of aligning marketers' objectives with our unique audiences.
  • A college degree is preferred.
  • Proficient in Google and Microsoft applications.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and familiarity with both traditional and non-traditional media solutions.
