Essential Skills:

  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in Corporate Communications or Corporate Public Relations, with agency experience highly desirable.
  • A robust background in corporate communications is essential.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of reputation management and familiarity with both traditional and non-traditional media.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and driven to achieve outstanding results while cultivating strong, productive relationships with clients and team members.
  • A collaborative mindset, results-oriented, with the capability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong leadership, people management, and mentoring abilities.
  • Exceptional writing and presentation skills, with experience in crafting and delivering client presentations.
  • Proven track record in leading successful new business initiatives, including assembling the right teams, developing presentations, and seamlessly integrating strategy, creativity, and execution into compelling proposals.
  • A history of providing sound creative and strategic counsel to clients and establishing credibility with senior-level client contacts.
  • Ability to think strategically, creatively, and holistically about client programs.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience, ideally with some agency background.
  • Capability to translate client requirements into actionable plans/projects.
  • Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
  • Experience in providing thought leadership and executional strategies.
  • Confident presenter and persuasive communicator.
  • Experience collaborating with integrated teams on comprehensive communications programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage teams and contribute to the professional growth of team members.
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint for creating engaging client presentations.
  • Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and consistently curious.
  • Minimum: Bachelor's Degree.
