Requirements (What We're Looking For):
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Workday Consultant in a post-production setting (mandatory)
  • Certification in Workday HCM, FIN, Payroll, or as a Project/Engagement Manager (mandatory)
  • Experience in roles such as Workday Engagement Manager, Project Manager, or Account Manager (preferred)
  • Strong project leadership and problem-solving capabilities
  • Commitment to outstanding customer service and collaboration
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a focus on managing customer expectations and relationships
  • Proven ability to resolve project escalations effectively.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Responsibilities (What You'll Do):
  • Build and maintain long-term partnerships with Help Desk clients to maximize their investment in TopBloc and Workday
  • Act as the account manager, ensuring overall satisfaction of Help Desk clients with our offerings
  • Facilitate the onboarding of new clients to ensure they leverage Help Desk services from the outset
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for Help Desk clients
  • Work with urgency and utilize all available resources to support both clients and internal teams
  • Manage client escalations and determine appropriate responses or actions
  • Participate in regular client executive steering committee meetings
  • Proactively manage client relationships to mitigate potential escalations
  • Advocate for the adoption of Workday and provide follow-up sales support in collaboration with the Sales Team
  • Develop and standardize the Client Partner program within the company
  • Engage with senior leadership on departmental or organizational initiatives
  • Coordinate between clients and the sales team for Phase X projects
  • Occasional travel may be required on an ad-hoc basis

  • Extended periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

The hiring base pay range for this role considers various factors in compensation decisions, including skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and other business needs. At TopBloc, it is uncommon for individuals to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, as compensation decisions depend on the specific circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $65,000 - $180,000.
