Position Overview:
Insight Global is seeking a dedicated Client Services Representative to support our Futures & Options division.

This role involves direct interaction with clients and internal teams to address inquiries related to trade commissions, trade discrepancies, and brokerage fees.

As a vital component of our operations, this position emphasizes the importance of meticulous attention to detail and strong client relationship management skills.

The responsibilities will vary daily, influenced by market conditions and client demands, with the primary goal of mitigating market risk. This is a mid-level position, intended to fill a vacancy due to an employee's extended leave.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a subject matter expert for client inquiries concerning trades, positions, lifecycle events, commissions, and product offerings.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for clients, conducting research and liaising internally to resolve client queries and escalations.
  • Function as an escalation point for both clients and internal teams to facilitate resolution on critical initiatives.
  • Coordinate client communications regarding last trade dates, particularly for physically settled contracts and options expirations.
  • Manage client requests for additional access to the Mercury portal.
  • Maintain regular communication with the Marketing team to keep them informed of client concerns and product requests, tracking these through internal databases.
  • Schedule regular meetings with priority clients to discuss performance metrics, outstanding issues, and strategic focus areas, ensuring meetings are structured with agendas and follow-up reports.
  • Collaborate with Client Service Relationship Managers to prioritize client issues, ensuring they are documented and addressed promptly.
  • Encourage clients to utilize self-service options on the portal, aiming to reduce manual processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Keep client profiles, procedures, and contact information current.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, with a preference for candidates with strong market knowledge, particularly in Futures & Options.
• Previous experience in a large financial institution (FCM) is advantageous.
• Familiarity with the trade allocation process is preferred.
• Exposure to GMI systems is a plus.
