Essential Skills:
- 12+ years of experience in Corporate Communications or Corporate Public Relations, with agency experience highly preferred.
- Strong foundation in corporate communications.
- Comprehensive understanding of reputation management and familiarity with both traditional and non-traditional media.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and passionate about achieving exceptional results while fostering strong, productive relationships with clients and team members.
- Collaborative mindset, results-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong team leadership, people management, and mentoring capabilities.
- Excellent writing and presentation skills, with experience in developing and delivering client presentations.
- Proven track record in leading successful new business initiatives, including assembling appropriate teams, developing presentations, and seamlessly integrating strategy, creativity, and execution into compelling proposals.
- History of providing sound creative and strategic counsel to clients, building credibility with senior-level client contacts.
- Ability to think strategically, creatively, and holistically about client programs.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
- 5-7 years of experience, ideally with some agency background.
- Capability to translate client requirements into actionable plans/projects.
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
- Experience in providing thought leadership and execution plans.
- Confident presenter and persuasive communicator.
- Experience collaborating with integrated teams on comprehensive communications programs.
- Proven ability to effectively manage teams and contribute to the professional growth of team members.
- Strong PowerPoint skills for creating engaging client presentations.
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and perpetually curious.
- Minimum: Bachelor's Degree.
