Field Operations Technician

JOB OVERVIEW: Responsible for the installation of signage and maintenance of the physical structures and surrounding areas. Additionally, engages in tasks related to all Digital Assets as needed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Ability to ascend fixed, portable, and/or extension ladders to heights of up to 125 feet multiple times daily.
  • Capability to work from elevated platforms reaching up to 125 feet for approximately 70% of the workday.
  • Must be able to lift weights up to 100 lbs. without restrictions, demonstrating safe lifting techniques.
  • Familiarity with or willingness to learn the proper use of an oxygen/acetylene torch.
  • Knowledge of or ability to learn the operation of an AC/DC welder.
  • Must safely operate or have the capacity to learn to operate gas-powered equipment, including lawn mowers, chain saws, generators, compressors, and paint sprayers.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license is required to operate company vehicles.
  • Utilization of all safety equipment as mandated by company procedures.
  • Basic mathematical skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division are essential.
  • Full range of motion is necessary for the installation and maintenance of signage.
  • Must meet a maximum weight limit of 265 pounds due to safety equipment requirements.
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions as necessary.
  • Tolerance for risks associated with outdoor environments.
  • Adherence to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines without exception.
  • Additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Effective communication skills with both external clients and internal personnel at all levels.
  • Adaptability to changing work environments.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks efficiently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
