Position Overview
As a Service Operations Technician, you will be responsible for traveling to healthcare facilities to perform the installation, servicing, and maintenance of Belimed products while delivering exceptional customer service.


This role is ideal for individuals with a strong mechanical background and outstanding customer service abilities. Candidates may have experience in roles such as: Automotive Repair Technician, Diesel Mechanic, HVAC Technician, Equipment Repair Specialist, or similar fields.


We provide comprehensive training for all new technicians, including two weeks of initial classroom instruction, 90 days of on-the-job training, and one week of advanced classroom education.


Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues using specialized testing instruments.
- Adjust and calibrate digital and analog instrumentation with precision tools.
- Install, modify, and repair both Belimed and third-party equipment.
- Effectively manage customer relationships, prioritizing their needs while balancing preventive maintenance and repair tasks.
- Demonstrate proper equipment usage and applications to clients.
- Conduct product training sessions as necessary.
- Complete service documentation, including reports, timesheets, and expense claims, accurately and promptly.
- Maintain an organized service vehicle stocked with essential tools, manuals, and parts for efficient operations.
- Monitor customer chemical orders and contract renewals.
- Foster strong customer relations through professionalism, ethical conduct, and sound judgment.


Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with industrial electrical systems, including single and three-phase wiring and controls.
- Proficient in troubleshooting water and pneumatic control systems.
- Familiarity with diagnostic equipment, volt-ohm meters, and precision calibration tools.
- Ability to work with various piping materials, including copper, brass, and stainless steel.
- Competence in reading and interpreting P&ID and electrical schematics.
- Moderate technical skills and general computer proficiency, with effective communication abilities.
- Capability to lift at least fifty pounds without assistance.
- Willingness to travel frequently with minimal notice.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are mandatory.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Compliance with all credentialing requirements to access client sites.
