  • Service and maintain HVAC equipment on assigned projects, ensuring customer satisfaction and adhering to industry standards.
  • Diagnose and repair HVAC systems and products at customer locations, using a variety of hand tools and following blueprints or engineering specifications.
  • Perform preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacements, and modifications as needed or requested by customers.
  • Prepare for on-site installations and repairs by examining building layouts, anticipating difficulties, gathering materials, and coordinating on-site work.
  • Inspect and maintain company vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and cleanliness standards are met.
  • Document work by completing paperwork on each job and maintaining accurate files.
  • Represent the company as a direct customer contact, providing technical support and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Determine parts to order for repairs and ensure timely delivery.
  • Keep current on all products concerning installation, operation, maintenance, service, and repair.
  • Read and interpret product specifications.
  • Provide technical support to customers and colleagues.
