As a key member of our construction management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that construction projects are completed in accordance with contract requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Field Observation and Documentation: Conduct thorough inspections of construction sites to verify compliance with contract requirements.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare and submit detailed reports on construction activities, including verification of work completed, item postings, and materials associations.
  • Collaboration and Liaison: Work closely with senior technicians, engineers, and contractors to resolve constructability issues and ensure project completion.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with Requests for Information, serve as a liaison between contractors and senior staff, and communicate with project teams and stakeholders as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate's degree in Civil Engineering Technology, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-5+ years of experience performing inspection on DOT projects, with knowledge of DOT documentation requirements and use of Field Manager/Fieldbook.
  • Skills: Ability to communicate effectively, follow direction, and work independently; valid driver's license with a good driving record.
