We are seeking a highly motivated Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at The Millennium Group. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating front desk operations, managing mail and packages, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily front desk activities, including greeting employees and clients
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and shipments
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external clients

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service or a related field
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of office software
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Estimated Salary:$42,000 - $52,000 per year, depending on experience
