Responsibilities:
- Coordinate patient care and provide support to nursing staff
- Develop and implement plans of care for patients

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse in North Carolina
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Compensation and Benefits:
The salary for this position is approximately $ $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
