**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Office Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical offices.
**Responsibilities:
- Clinical Support:
- Provide clerical and secretarial support to our medical staff, including scheduling appointments, processing lab tests, and maintaining accurate patient records.
- Coordinate with physicians and nurses to ensure timely communication and seamless patient care.
- Patient Care:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living and provide basic nursing care as needed.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients, under the supervision of our registered nurses.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Schedule x-rays, lab tests, and surgeries as ordered by physicians.
- Process information on our health information system, as required for job responsibilities.
**Requirements:
- Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Certification:
- Nurse Aide I certification from a state-approved program.
- Current registration with the North Carolina Certified Nursing Assistant Registry.
- Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work effectively under the direction of licensed nurses.
- Familiarity with electronic health records systems.
