**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled Office Manager to join our team at Baptist Memorial Health Care in Oxford, MS. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating office management activities, preparing special reports and confidential documents, and communicating with a diverse population.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Coordinate office management activities, including organizing and maintaining documents, reference materials, policies/procedures, office files and records, schedules/calendars, and setting appropriate work priorities for efficient office operations.

2. Prepare special reports and confidential documents using multiple data sources (e.g., agenda items, payroll, budget) to comply with financial, legal, and/or administrative requirements.

3. Communicate effectively with a diverse population, including board members, patients, medical staff, other staff members, and outside customers.

4. Develop and implement effective office procedures and policies to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

**Requirements and Qualifications**

• Minimum 4 years secretarial experience with evidence of increasing responsibilities.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills (both written and verbal).

• High-level computer proficiency working with different office applications.

• Typing speed of 60 WPM.
