About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at CRD. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members, including processing incoming mail, filing, answering phones and greeting visitors.
Main Responsibilities:
- Process and manage incoming mail and packages
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Enter and confirm customer orders
- Perform Accounts Payable functions, including processing invoices and reconciliations
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-4 years' experience in an office environment
- Strong typing skills and proficiency in MS Office
- 1-2 years of AP experience / Inventory management
Salary Range: $48,000 - $62,000 per year (based on location)
