As an Office Support Associate at The Millennium Group, you will play a critical role in supporting our team by handling all materials received in the Mail Center, performing tasks for digital mail, delivering, picking up, and transporting materials within and between departments. You will also be required to operate a company vehicle to transport items, answer calls, and provide customer service.

You will work closely with our team to ensure that all safety procedures are followed at all times. You will also be responsible for preparing items for processing, shipment or transportation, entering activity data in logs, and maintaining records.

We are seeking an individual who is able to sort items into categories according to established methods, prepare items for processing, shipment or transportation, and enter activity data in logs. If you have a high school diploma or equivalent, a minimum of 2-5 years of mail service-related experience, and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, we encourage you to apply.

The estimated salary for this role is $42,000 - $52,000 per year, depending on experience.
