Role Summary:
We are in search of a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Assistant to provide essential support to our senior management team. This position is crucial for the seamless functioning of our organization and entails overseeing daily administrative responsibilities, coordinating events, and facilitating effective communication among various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-level administrative assistance to senior executives, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and arranging travel
  • Draft reports, presentations, and official correspondence
  • Manage and prioritize incoming communications, such as emails and phone inquiries
  • Organize and oversee company events, meetings, and conferences
  • Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations
  • Support special projects and initiatives as required

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as an executive assistant or in a comparable role
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Capability to work independently and manage multiple tasks concurrently
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications
