Senior Heavy Civil Construction Coordinator

Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive individual with a strong emphasis on the coordination and administrative functions associated with heavy civil construction projects. In this role, you will assist the project manager by delivering administrative support, organizing essential documentation, and managing logistics.

Foster and promote a culture of health, safety, and environmental stewardship on the project
Ensure subcontractor adherence to Inspection Test Plans, construction drawings, and applicable quality documentation
Manage project-related inquiries and escalations
Monitor project milestones to ensure deliverables are achieved and project specifications are fulfilled
Required Qualifications:
2 to 5 years of experience in a Project Coordinator role within a Heavy Civil construction setting
Demonstrated understanding of construction administration and contractual commercial terms.
Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Projects
Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with key stakeholders at all levels through verbal, written, and electronic means.
Excellent analytical abilities, attention to detail, and logical problem-solving skills
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Work Environment:
Will be required to work on project sites up to 60% of the time
Must be able to meet the physical demands of the role, which includes sitting, standing, bending, climbing, lifting (up to 75 pounds), working at heights, in confined spaces, and in various weather conditions (rain, snow, heat, etc.)
