Job Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Sales Territory Business Developer to join our dynamic team at Admiral Furniture, a reputable and family-owned business with over 10 years of experience in the outdoor furniture industry. Located in Southeast and Midwest territories, this role involves developing new business and nurturing existing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create comprehensive marketing plans to drive sales growth in designated territories.
  • Broaden customer base through effective relationship building and sourcing new prospects.
  • Promote company values, product vision, and manufacturing capabilities to customers.
  • Build strong rapport with customers to ensure long-term development.
  • Network and attend sales meetings to establish professional connections.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5-10 years of progressive sales and sales management experience with an impressive closing ratio.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Able to work with large, professional clients and networks.
  • Frequent travel within designated territories will be required (schedule to be determined).
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary plus commission structure, commensurate with experience level. After 60 days of employment, benefits include medical, dental, vision, accident, and supplemental insurance, paid holidays, and accrued paid time-off. Additionally, after one year of service, you'll be eligible for a 401(k) plan with a 4% employer match.

Estimated Annual Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 based on performance and experience.
