Account Development Manager

Lift Power is seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory to expand Lift Power's customer base.
- Sales Support: Provide sales and service support for all Lift Power products and services with existing customers.
- Trainng and Education: Sell training on warehouse safety products, warehouse optimization resources, and forklift operator training.
- 1-2 years of business-to-business outside sales experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
- A strong initiative with exceptional customer service, planning, and organizational skills.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present and negotiate are required.
- Previous success attaining and exceeding sales goals is a plus.
- General computer proficiency including knowledge of MS Office is required.
- Experience with Salesforce platforms or other CRM platforms.
- You must also possess a valid driver's license.
