Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our TradeCorp team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy building relationships, navigating complex sales environments, and driving business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of establishing strong connections with clients, contractors, and recruitment agencies. They will be responsible for partnering with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their objectives.

This role offers a competitive salary of $60,000 per year, plus commissions paid bi-weekly based on performance. Our commission plan rewards outstanding results, with increasing earnings potential as the number of employees grows.

As a Business Development Specialist, you will spend 80% of your time calling on construction contractors' offices and job sites. You will also be responsible for servicing current customers and negotiating terms and conditions to ensure successful placements.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent verbal and written communication skills, be comfortable establishing relationships, and demonstrate integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical mindset.
