Job Summary

The Major Market Sales Executive, Field is a key player in driving revenue growth and expanding Paycor's presence in the mid-market space. This role requires a consultative sales approach, identifying potential clients through prospecting and referrals, and leveraging tools and technology to build relationships and close deals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue high-value opportunities in the mid-market space, leveraging a deep understanding of Paycor's products and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, ensuring a steady stream of qualified leads.
  • Consult with potential clients to determine the optimal solutions to solve business challenges and accommodate specific business needs.
  • Present Paycor's products and services to potential clients, highlighting the value proposition and differentiators.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a strong work ethic and regular attendance.
Requirements
  • 3-6 years' experience in consultative, B2B sales with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communications, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Strong mathematical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • 4-year business degree.
