About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Executive to join our team at Supply Technologies. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for generating new revenue streams and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute targeted prospect and account strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Coordinate internal resources to drive opportunities to closure and ensure seamless customer relationships.
  • Manage sales processes, track activities, and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
  • Support account transition to sales account managers and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Lead activities to achieve growth objectives, including managing funnel and pipeline size, shape, and velocity.
  • Ensure targeted accounts align with strategic growth areas for Supply Technologies.
  • Articulate our value proposition and focus on customer total cost of ownership versus piece price.
  • Understand key aspects of RONA analysis and apply financial literacy to drive business decisions.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of sales experience within the industrial market.
  • Experience utilizing a Customer Relationship Management CRM tool.
  • Industrial market experience and flexibility to travel up to 70%.
  • OEM experience and valid driver's license.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience selling small components in the manufacturing industry.
  • Distribution experience and Microsoft Dynamics 365 and PowerBi experience.
  • Demonstrating attention to detail, prioritizing multiple tasks, and adapting to changing situations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills, and ability to work with teams.
