We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in the Nevada regional area.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing sales plans, and presenting them to upper management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage existing customers and identify new potential customers.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Drive new business from existing and new customers.
  • Understand the customer and market landscape and bring ideas and suggestions back to the business.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being aware of new products and competition status.

Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • BS in Business or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years' experience working in the EMS space.
  • Successful track record of growing territory.
