Role Overview
Shift4 Payments is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to join our team of Integrated Partners Engagement Managers. As a key member of our inside sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our sales partners, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet personal and departmental goals
- Provide ongoing training and education to sales partners on Shift4 Payments' products and services
- Communicate regularly with sales partners via email, phone, and in-person meetings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in credit card processing and sales
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Google Apps, and Microsoft Office Suite
