Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our Marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing business development plans, identifying opportunities for current and potential clients, and building brand awareness for the firm.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement business development plans to promote the firm's services and align with client objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing and maintaining a rolling pipeline of targets and opportunities.
- Provide business development coaching and support to lawyers, including developing individual business development plans.
- Assist with the development and management of practice group and industry team marketing budgets.
- Provide ongoing marketing research, competitive intelligence, and analysis to support business development efforts.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal marketing, excellent writing and communication skills, and the ability to lead business development efforts. Prior law firm experience supporting IP practices is required.
