Job Overview

At Libra Solutions, we're seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and serving as the primary point of contact for customer service inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to understand and respond to their needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to identify and react to trends and opportunities within our markets.
  • Develop new business with existing customers and/or identify areas of improvement for revenue growth.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customers, especially medical providers, for account relationship matters.
  • Assist with challenging provider's requests and issues and escalate as needed.
Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field OR equivalent business experience.
  • Experience working with medical providers and attorneys and knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Experience using Salesforce or CRM software.
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present to and influence key stakeholders.
