Role Overview: As a Senior Privacy Technical Manager, you will be instrumental in enhancing T-Mobile's privacy and data management initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Improving enterprise-wide data processes and implementing automation to empower stakeholders in compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Collaborating with various teams, including engineering and compliance, to align project roadmaps with privacy policies.
  • Assessing business systems and data flows for consistency with legal requirements and privacy standards.
  • Translating privacy and data requirements into clear technical specifications.
  • Prioritizing requirements to ensure privacy features are integrated into product launches.
  • Facilitating self-service capabilities for business and technical teams through enhanced processes and tools.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in business systems analysis, risk management, or project management.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to fast-paced environments.
  • Proven success in resolving compliance issues through collaboration with subject matter experts.
  • Experience in translating legal and business rules into functional requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present to executive leadership.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in privacy or compliance program management.
  • Relevant certifications such as IAPP (CIPP/US, CIPM, CIPT).
  • Familiarity with major privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

Compensation: The base pay range for this position is $107,900 - $194,600, with a corporate bonus target of 20%. Actual pay will depend on various factors, including qualifications and experience.
