Role Summary:
The Subscriber Protection team is on the lookout for a Senior Manager of Technology Solutions to lead a group of security product experts dedicated to providing innovative safeguards for T-Mobile customers.

This position is vital in managing a complex environment filled with uncertainties, bringing clarity to chaos through exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will excel in high-level communication and have the ability to distill intricate technical concepts into straightforward, everyday language.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Collaborates with business and technical teams to drive the strategy, prioritization, and objectives of initiatives.
Prepares high-level solution design presentations for leadership review.
Acts as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for existing functionalities across channels.

Project Management:
Leads initial activities, including the breakdown of business requirements and technical scope definition.
Partners with senior resources to outline technology strategies for business process initiatives and offers recommendations on scope delivery planning.
Serves as the technical owner and is accountable for the technical stewardship of medium to highly complex initiatives.

Relationship Management:
Manages day-to-day relationships with business partners on large, intricate cross-domain initiatives.
Provides leadership in evolving the core system solutions design and orchestrates solutions across domain teams.
Identifies and synthesizes information, applying critical thinking to present it clearly and meaningfully.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related technical field.
7-10 years of relevant work experience.

Skills:

  • Effective communication of technical and functional solutions.
  • Ability to discern what is important from what is urgent and navigate multiple scenarios.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the capacity to process complex information quickly and present it simply to diverse audiences.

Compensation:
Base Pay Range: $114,400 - $206,300
Corporate Bonus Target: 20%. The pay range above reflects the general base pay range for a successful candidate in this role. Actual pay will depend on various factors, including work location, qualifications, and experience.
