Role Overview: As a Senior Privacy Technical Manager, you will be instrumental in advancing T-Mobile's privacy and data management initiatives. Your contributions will be vital in enhancing enterprise-wide data processes and implementing automation that empowers stakeholders to maintain compliance with privacy regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business, engineering, and compliance, to align project roadmaps with privacy and data policies.
  • Assess business systems and data flows to ensure adherence to legal requirements and privacy standards.
  • Translate privacy and data requirements into clear technical specifications.
  • Develop and prioritize requirements to ensure that privacy features are integrated into product launches.
  • Facilitate self-service capabilities for business and technical teams through improved processes and tools.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business systems analysis, risk management, or project management.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business strategies.
  • Experience in identifying compliance issues and collaborating with experts to implement effective solutions.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to present to executive leadership.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in privacy or compliance program management.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., IAPP certifications).
  • Familiarity with major privacy laws and regulations.

Compensation Range: The base pay range for this role is $107,900 - $194,600, with additional corporate bonus opportunities based on performance.
