As a key player in our organization, the Senior Product Manager, Fintech Portfolio Strategy & Planning will take charge of shaping the product and business strategy for T-Mobile's Fintech offerings. This includes the development of a groundbreaking product aimed for launch in the near future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Fintech team and various internal and external stakeholders to successfully launch and scale the business.
- Identify and leverage opportunities across marketing, product features, and promotional strategies to achieve and surpass team objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to inform product requirements and long-term strategic planning.
- Define and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with technical delivery and market needs.
- Utilize data analysis to pinpoint product innovation opportunities and assess market impacts.
- Engage in cost-benefit analysis and competitive assessments to guide decision-making processes.
- Communicate effectively with leadership, presenting product insights and strategic recommendations.
- Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including development, marketing, and finance, to ensure cohesive product execution.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in product management or equivalent roles focused on launching and managing new products.
- Preferred experience in the fintech or financial services sector.
- Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data for informed decision-making.
- Proven track record in managing complex business cases and technology initiatives.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of influencing at all organizational levels.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant analytical or technical field.
