- Oversee the setup and upkeep of computer systems, hardware, and networks.
- Administer the organization's website and work with senior leadership on content management.
- Remain informed about industry developments to keep the organization at the leading edge of technological progress.
- Manage the IT Help Desk team to ensure prompt support and resolution for all IT-related inquiries.
- Employ tools to monitor and resolve reported issues, enhancing service efficiency.
- Ensure the integrity, security, and efficiency of the organization's information systems.
- Oversee vendor partnerships and manage the acquisition of IT equipment and services.
- Assess and implement technological solutions to optimize operations and support organizational goals.
- Maintain and supervise software applications and databases, ensuring system integrity and protection.
- Develop and implement IT security protocols and disaster recovery strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of progressive IT experience, including 2-4 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Robust technical expertise in network management, SQL databases, and cybersecurity.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a history of executing large-scale IT projects.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of collaborating across all organizational levels.
- Experience in the construction sector is advantageous.
